Terms of Service

1. Alpha Release Scope

The AI Governance platform is currently in alpha. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind. Features may change, become unavailable, or be removed without notice. Production use at your own risk.

2. Acceptable Use

By using this service you agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Submit content you do not own or have permission to submit
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not belonging to you
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications

3. Account & Authentication

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We support email/password and magic-link sign-in. You may use only one sign-in method per account; cross-method linking is not supported in alpha.

4. Repository Scanning & Findings

When you connect a GitHub repository for scanning, you authorize us to read the repository contents necessary to perform the scan you requested. Scan findings are stored under your account and gated by row-level security so other customers cannot access them. We do not train models on your repository contents.

5. Service Availability

No uptime SLA is offered during alpha. We may perform maintenance at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable effort to communicate planned downtime via the login page or account email.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, or if your continued use of the service places the service or other users at risk. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, How AI Connects Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the alpha service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms during alpha. If you are an alpha participant, the Alpha Agreement governs how a new version takes effect for you: we will show it to you and ask you to accept it, and continuing to use the service is not acceptance.

9. Alpha Agreement Precedence

If you are participating in the Dreams Deployed alpha, the Alpha Agreement you accepted at sign-up governs your use of the alpha, and controls over these terms wherever the two differ.
